One Rider. Every Road.

I’m a born-and-raised Montrealer documenting the evolution of a life on two wheels. What started as a simple way to navigate the “Orange Cone Capital” has transformed into a long-term mission to trade city streets for the open road.

My journey began in April 2023 on a NIU UQi+ electric moped. At the time, it was a simple e-bike alternative. However, when the Quebec legal landscape shifted in the Summer of 2024—effectively banning power-assisted mopeds from public roads—I faced a choice: hang up the helmet or level up.

I chose to level up. I obtained my Class 6D license and moved to my current ride: the NIU NQi GTS. It’s more than just a “real” moped; it’s the tool that helped me rediscover Montreal and confirmed my passion for riding.

The city is just the beginning. Inspired by the global motorcycle vlogging community, I am currently working toward my Class 6A motorcycle license.

My ambition is to transition into Adventure Motorcycling—moving beyond the island of Montreal to explore the rugged, vast landscapes of Canada. This site serves as a living record of that progression: from a beginner on a small electric moped to a future adventure rider on a full-sized bike.

Whether you’re a local rider or an armchair traveler, I share the raw reality of riding in Montreal through my YouTube channel and this blog:

  • Pure Sound Vlogs: High-quality binaural audio of the city and the motor (yes, including the occasional bad singing in my helmet).
  • The Electric Experience: Honest takes on navigating Montreal’s “unique” road conditions and endless construction on an electric platform.
  • Vibe & Music: Cinematic edits that capture the atmosphere of our neighborhoods, from the historic Old Port to the top of the mountain.
  • The Progression: Real-time updates as I take my motorcycle courses and transition into the world of adventure biking.

Riding is better when you aren’t doing it alone. I’ve built this project to connect with fellow enthusiasts and local riders:

  • Discord: This is our inner circle for real-time chat, maintenance tips, and route planning. Join the Discord Server.
  • Socials: Follow the daily pulse and behind-the-scenes photography on BlueSky and Facebook.

If you enjoy the ride and want to help fuel the next leg of this journey, you can support the project via Buy Me a Coffee.

See you on the road!
